Little Chute Wrestling Club History

Little Chute Wrestling was established as an intramural program in 1967. The 1968-69 season was the official start of inter-school competition for the high school. The youth program began in 1971 in earnest through the recreation department and offered youth tournaments, which were new at the time. Our Mustang Challenge youth tournament is a carry over from those humble beginings.

Over the years the Little Chute Wrestling Program has grown and accomplished many goals. Participants have since accumulated many achievements including seven high school team conference championships, 19 state qualifiers, 60 conference champions and 46 regional champions.
